Since 2010, Lauren has been a daily practitioner of breathwork and meditation, finding it to be an essential complement to pscyhotherapy and other healing modalities. She teaches through the Art of Living Foundation, offering individual or gorup self-care sessions, guided group meditations, interactive lectures, and 3-day workshops (Art of Living Part 1.)

Lauren has spoken and led talks or workshops in a variety of settings, for individuals and large groups, including university classes, corporate gatherings, public and private events, and recovery environments... she loves bringing people together and creating healing opportunities for community building and personal development.
